Hola! Welcome to Sacred Desert Healing, where I, Erika Lopez, am devoted to holding a compassionate, trusting, and non-judgmental space for individuals to receive healing & support.
As a Massage Therapist, I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, & Fascia Release therapy which have benefits of relaxation, improve circulation, cortisol & lymphatic systems. These modalities reduce pain & inflammation.
As a Sacred Integration Coach, I support you before & after your sacred practices so that you can gain clarity, continued connection & grounding.
Through these practices I guide you in working through physical strains, emotional blockages, or limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, or support you. This may help you to work through addiction or incorporate new insights.
I utilize Massage Therapy, Reiki, Breathwork, Movement & Sacred Integration for you to build your toolbox and make lasting changes. The ultimate goal, is to help you move more freely, find grounding & empowerment, and gain clarity from your Sacred Experiences.

Massage & Energy Work
$120 hr
An intuitive blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Fascia Release Massage Therapy & Sacred Energy or Reiki Energy work. Attuned to what calls to you, we can stay as surface level as possible or go as deep as you are comfortable with. Some people want to go skydive, while some people are looking relax & walk more grounded. I cater to your needs, with honor.
Breathwork & Sound Journey
$150-90 min
A private exploration into the power of the Breath and Sound! We begin with an intention setting and movement that flows into a guided breathwork session with a specially curated set list. We transition into a grounded meditation and I take us on a Sound Journey with my Singing Bowls, other instruments & my voice. Can be 1:1 or a small group (2-4)
Sacred Integration Single Session
$100 hr
Have you had a Sacred Medicine Ceremony, Psychedelic Journey, or even an intense life experience that has been on your mind? Could you use a sounding board, someone who understands and can support you defining what exactly happened? Or maybe looking for some guidance on safe, ethical steps in walking that path to make the most out of your experience? Maybe you’re looking at embarking on such a journey but you’re overwhelmed and could use a discussion to make the best choice for yourself? I gotchu! Sacred Integration 6 Session Package
$500
Sometimes 1 session is merely scratching the surface on exploring your journey or life experience. This package comes at a 6 sessions but pay for 5 offering in honor of your commitment to yourself. Together we dive deeper into the insights, self reflections, somatic feels and dissections in a way that feels aligned for you. With a trauma-informed mindset, you get the support of implementing the tools you receive and that I share. From affirmations, nervous system regulation & the breath, to shifts in perception and your day to day well being. What do you want to shine light on? Change doesn’t happen overnight, but it does when you commit to yourself. I’m honored to walk along side you as you find your way!

You’ve heard of “cleansing your energy”, but what exactly are we talking about? In Mexican Traditional lineage, it is the spiritual cleansing of negative energy, emotional blockages and stagnation in your life. By having support of sacred smoke & other tools, I envoke support and cleanse you or your space of such negativity. In doing so you are able to experience peace, protection & clarity! As a practitioner, I stay within my realm of ability, and as a student, I am continuing to broaden this practice. Every visit is donation based and I never turn anyone away. If it is beyond my personal practice, I am connected to an army of well studied Curandera’s that I commune with.

Mellow Monday
Join in as I take us on a Sound Journey into the ethers! My team of instruments along with my Singing Bowls will carry you into a grounded state of bliss & relaxation. With the occasional shaker, flute or vocals, allow the frequencies to do their thing and flow through you. Sound Healing is known for deep relaxation, calming the nervous system, grazing deep feels and auto-tuning your body, so that you can ground, connect, heal and rest well! Best received with a headset! Every other Monday via Zoom.

About Me
Born in Southern California, yet practically an Arizona native, my journeys with psychedelics started in high school and holistic healing started in my late 20’s after a skydiving accident that nearly took my life. That is when I found Massage Therapy, yoga & Sacred Medicines and they all shifted the direction of my life in unimaginable ways…
After several courses, becoming trauma-informed, harm reduction trainings, certifications, and over a decade of working with Sacred Medicines for my own healing, I have found my path in supporting others on theirs. I am not the healer, for YOU are the medicine. I’m here to walk beside you as you find your way.
